The construction activities of the metal structures and mechanical plants of the new acrylic and vinyl lines 3400 and 3700 are proceeding at Vinavil Spa factory.
Here are the activities completed so far:
November 2022:
- Detailed planning, supply and building of a support carpentry of the new lines 3400 and 3700, totaling about 115 tons.
March 2023:
- Detailed planning, supply and building of a support and maintenance carpentry, dedicated to the installation of a overhead travelling crane, located on the top of the main structure, totaling about 20 tons.
Into details of the new manufacturing line 3400:
December 2022:
- Detailed planning and supply of a secondary equipment, like filters, barrels and lanterns
- Detailed planning, supply and building of a frame series in metal carpentry, for secondary equipment lodging
January 2023:
- Assembly of all the 3400 line eqipments, totaling 28 devices (reactors, finishers, mechanical shakers, pumps, exchangers, storage tanks, filters, barrels)
February 2023:
- Prefabrications and assembly of all necessary supports for the piping clamping, supports manifactured in metal carpentry works and with “MEFA” modular systems, totaling 342 supports
- Prefabrications and assembly of carbon steel piping, rustless steel and in FE+PTFE, totaling 299 lines (ongoing activities)
May 2023:
- The testing of the palnts and the commisioning are expected in May.
